Beschreibung
This book was aimed to study the relation of different biochemical markers in seminal plasma and sperm extracts in different types of male infertility. Coenzyme Q10 which is the most potent reducing antioxidant marker was measured by improved high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) technique, acrosin (trypsin like endopeptidase localized on the sperm acrosome) was evaluated by a spectrophotometric method. The sperm acrosomal integrity was assessed by improved staining method using naphthol yellow- S and erythrosine B. the work was aimed also to investigate the role of many hydrolytic enzymes present in semen in relation to male infertility.
